Welcome to SaverBag. These Terms govern your access to and use of the SaverBag website, mobile services and related platforms. By using SaverBag, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

SaverBag is a promotional and advertising platform that enables retailers, suppliers and advertisers to publish promotional offers and allows users to discover deals. Unless expressly stated, SaverBag is not the seller of the advertised products or services.

You must be at least 18 years old or have the permission of a parent or guardian to use the platform.

Promotions displayed on SaverBag are supplied by retailers, suppliers or advertisers. Promotions may differ between stores, regions and channels.

SaverBag takes reasonable care to present accurate information but does not warrant that prices, descriptions, product images, expiry dates or promotional details are complete, current or error free.

All promotions are subject to stock availability, retailer participation and any limits imposed by the retailer. Products may sell out before the advertised expiry date.

Prices may change without notice. Obvious pricing errors may be corrected or promotions withdrawn by the retailer.

The retailer or supplier is solely responsible for product quality, pricing, stock availability, warranties, returns, refunds and honouring promotions. Any purchase contract exists solely between the customer and the retailer.

SaverBag may use AI-assisted technologies to extract catalogue information or enhance product images. Actual packaging or appearance may differ.

You agree not to upload unlawful, misleading, defamatory, infringing or malicious content or interfere with the operation of the platform.

SaverBag owns its branding, software and original content. Retailer logos, trademarks and product images remain the property of their respective owners and are displayed for promotional identification purposes or with permission.

SaverBag may contain links to third-party websites. SaverBag is not responsible for their content or privacy practices.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, SaverBag, its directors, shareholders, employees and affiliates shall not be liable for any direct, indirect or consequential loss arising from reliance on promotions, pricing errors, stock shortages, withdrawn offers, website interruptions or third-party conduct.

You agree to indemnify SaverBag against claims arising from your misuse of the platform or breach of these Terms.

Your personal information will be processed in accordance with the SaverBag Privacy Policy and applicable South African law, including POPIA.

Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits rights granted to consumers under applicable South African law, including the Consumer Protection Act where applicable.

SaverBag may amend these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the platform constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of South Africa. South African courts shall have jurisdiction except where applicable law provides otherwise.
